Login related issues

Use link as provided by your company's Payroll Administrator.

If Quro PaySS is hosted on cloud server then use link: https://xyz.qurosoft.com where xyz --> Your Company Name or abbreviation thereof.

If Quro PaySS is hosted on your company's server then use link as provided by your company's Payroll Administrator.


Login screen will look like this,

Your employee ID is your user name.

The user name & password information is mailed to individual employee's business E Mail ID, after processing the month of joining.
e.g. If you have joined on 2nd June, your user name and password will be mailed to you after June month’s salary is processed. (Say around first week of July).
Employee should check their Spam box too.

If you have not received the same, please use ‘Contact Payroll Admin’ link on ‘Login’ page to send an Email to Payroll Administrator
                     or
Use ‘Forgot Password’ link on ‘Login’ page get your username & password on your business E Mail ID on validation.

Please wait for 1st month after joining to automatically receive your user name & password.

If you have not received the same, please use ‘Contact Payroll Admin’ link on ‘Login’ page to send an Email to Payroll Administrator.
Once an employee leaves organisation, access to Quro PaySS is usually blocked after the month of leaving is processed.
e.g. If you have left on 2nd June, your access will be blocked after June month’s salary is processed. (Say around first week of July).

Note: It is recommended that for employees, to locally download salary slips, statements, IT computation etc. before last day.

After the access is blocked, such ex-employees need to contact payroll administrator for any information / assistance.
You can login into Quro PAYSS Portal through any device like Laptop, Desktop, Smart Phone, i-Pad, tabloid etc which has an internet connection.

Note: It is recommended to 'Logout' when finished.
Quro PAYSS Portal is avialable 24 X 7.
Your employee ID is your user name.

The Login Credential Mails are sent to all Employees on their Business E Mail ID. Employee should check their Spam box too.

If you have not received the same or forgotten your password, please use ‘Forgot Password’ link on ‘Login’ page get your username & password on your business E Mail ID on validation.
                     or
‘Contact Payroll Admin’ link on ‘Login’ page to send an Email to Payroll Administrator.
You need to enter your login details correctly.
